Our service of Remembrance Sunday 4th July at 2pm

It has been an extremely quiet time for us at The Seekers Trust although we have manned the office daily and still conduct our prayer circles regularly. Requests for help and support come in daily but we have been unable to offer hands on healing, to run our healing course or indeed to hold the most precious occasion of the year – Rose Day. Sadly, this year we will again be unable to conduct our usual service. Although we are all hoping for restrictions to be lifted by 21st June the Trustees have decided that it would be impossible to cater for Rose Day again this year. However, as we did last year we will be photographing all your roses for you and on Sunday 4th July I will conduct prayers around the cross in the Rose Garden at 2pm and would ask those who wish to join us in spirit from your own homes, please do so. If possible, I will try to organise some sort of online service for you to join in with. Please follow our Facebook page and our website for more information nearer to the time. We are so sad to have to cancel this as Rose Day is steeped in history and until last year it has never had to be cancelled since 1933! It is not necessary to have a Rose in our Garden of Remembrance to join us in thought for those loved ones you may have lost during these very difficult times. – Kathy Searle
